Pastry lovers will know that amongst the display at dolci in our Sud Forno display you will find both Cornetti and Croissants. Although similarly shaped, there are some differences that set the Italian Cornetto (little horn) and French Croissant (crescent) apart.
We sat down with Sud Forno Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi and Spaccio Executive Chef Ruben Rapetti who explain the difference between these two pastries.
